In my house, we tend to be last-minute makers, so the most brilliant gift ideas usually happen 48 hours (at most) before we need them. Does that sound familiar? Well, don’t fret! This free printable card kit is perfect for quick-crafted gifts.

How to Make A Tie Card for Father’s Day

Color this page with whatever materials you’d like. Or, for a really quick card-making project, you can print the design work out right on top of your favorite patterned paper.

Use this printable card to make a cute coloring page as an art gift or use it as is for a personalized card just for Dad.

There are so many fun options, create something personalized that you are excited to share.

Materials:

  • The printable card (download below)
  • Printer
  • Scissors
  • Markers or patterned/colored paper

Instructions:

To make the printable card, download and print the tie-shaped card, color it and add a note. It’s a great activity for the kids. Personalize the card however you like, Dad will love it!

Bonus: the printable also includes tiny tie shapes you can use as confetti to include inside your card.

Tip: use your favorite patterned paper to create custom tie designs. Either print the tie design right on your patterned paper, or print digital paper design and then print the tie over it. This works well with hand-painted and colored papers too.
