There are plenty of resources to get new ideas for quick crafts. I regularly share ideas with an online event called Craft Lightning. It’s all about crafts you can do in under 15 minutes. Oh Yes! 15 minutes or less! There are also websites that focus on sharing craft project tutorials that you can create quickly.

Check out 30 Minute Crafts for all kinds of ideas and inspiration.

Some materials and creative techniques are easier to create quickly than others. Here are some ideas…

  • Anything that doesn’t take a long time to dry – hot glue, quick dry nail polish, double sided tape
  • Materials that are easy to handle – paper, cardstock, ribbon, some fabrics
  • Materials that are ready to use – stickers, stamps, printables
  • Tools to make it all happen quickly – scissors, cutting machines, stencils, templates
  • Writing tools – permanent markers, colored pencils, crayons

Really you can make quick crafts with most any supply or material if you are familiar with it. Some supplies are easier to most quickly with than others. Use materials you love and know how they work. Enjoying the process of creating helps speed up the process.. when you’re frustrated, time slows wayyyyyy down!
