I have personally had nothing but success with them and find your experience very alarming. FedEx is on my do not use list...poor experiences and very unpleasant people, so I vote you go for DHL or the USPS! ;-) I guess we all have difference shipping karma. I had a tracking code and a promised delivery date (a friday) and even on Saturday the website said it was scheduled to be delivered the day before. On Sunday the web tracking said it would be delivered Monday. On Monday I emailed the company that sent the package and told them I was disappointed that UPS didn't deliver as promised. They emailed back to say the package was delivered and left on the porch! It was left in a corner of the yard, we had been in the living room all day and they never knocked. If I hadn't emailed the company, I wouldn't have know the package was delivered and had it rained it would have been ruined.
