Conversation Heart Printable Valentine Tags
You can use these printables as-is, by themselves or on Valentine’s gifts too. Add them to a card, or hang the from a pretty little gift in a jar. Decorate them with glitter or leave them the way they were printed. Each tag features a cartoon candy heart with a fun little word or phrase.

I picked up these Sweethearts candies at the local Dollar Tree. There are a nice variety of candy hearts, you should be able to find them at just about any store right around Valentine’s Day.
